Is there a fee to use Grew Again?
No, there are no fees whatsoever for our users.
What is Bee Verified all about?
Bee Verified is an extra step of verification used to protect our users. When a user is “Verified” that means they have provided information used to verify their identity and any user who has successfully completed the Verification steps will have the Bee icon next to their username.
Am I able to message a user directly?
Yes, you can use our built-in messaging system to communicate with the seller. Please visit our How to Videos page for more specific instruction.
How can I set the distance from my current location for ads to show up?
From the home screen, click on the filter icon located on the top right of the APP screen, to the left of the notification bell icon. From here you will be able to adjust how far away from your current location the APP will display ads.
How can I set the price range for ads to show up?
From the home screen, click on the filter icon located on the top right of the APP screen, to the left of the notification bell icon. From here you will be able to adjust the price range for items you are looking to browse.
How do I report an inappropriate listing or photo?
You can report the listing directly by going to the individual’s profile and selecting “Report User”
What if I want to block another user?
You can block anyone by simply going to their profile and selecting “Block this user”.
How do I get the item I agreed to purchase?
The buyer should speak directly with the seller when it comes to obtaining the item, whether the item is shipped or picked up in person. Should you decide to meet the seller/buyer in person, it is always best to use your judgement and meet at your local police station. Most police stations have designated parking spots for Internet transactions.
Can I close my account?
Yes, if you decide that you no longer want to use Grew Again you can close your account anytime and any information you provided when signing up will be deleted immediately. All you do is navigate to: “My Account” then select “Settings” From “Settings” you select “Delete Account” Once you complete this step, you will receive an email confirming your Account Deletion.
Methods of Verification
You are able to verify by phone and once the verification process has been completed your profile will automatically receive a Bee Verified badge next to it and you will receive an in APP notification.
If you register using either Google or Facebook, verification is not required as you are authenticating directly through Google ar Facebook. Verification is mandatory as we strive to keep our platform as safe as possible.
Agreeing to Terms and Conditions
Before you are able to login or Register to use Grew Again, you must agree to our Terms and Condition by clicking the checkbox.
How do I setup a meeting place?
You can either make arrangements directly with the buyer/seller while you chat from within your ad or you can click on the meeting point .
I didn't receive the password reset email
Check your junk mail folder and add Grew Again to your safe list.

I reset my password but it still doesn't work.
After you reset your password, you will be directed back to the login screen. At this point you will need to enter in the new password you just selected because your phone may have your previous password saved in the field.
Why does the APP ask me for permission before I can use it?
After downloading the APP and before you will be able to use it, the APP requires certain permissions listed below:
Location - Required This is required so that items can be displayed based on your preferred distance, if you decline to give permission the APP will generate an error and you won't be able to use it.
For example, if you are located in Ottawa, Ontario and you select a range of 20km, then all ads within 20km will be displayed for you. At any time the permission settings can be adjusted in the Settings area of your phone.
Microphone - Optional You can use the APP without granting permission by denying the request, the permission is requested because you are able to use your phone's microphone to interact with the APP. The permission is required so our APP adheres to all Google Play store policies ensuring the user is aware of how their information may be used while using the APP. At any time the permission settings can be adjusted in the Settings area of your phone.
Notification - Optional - This permission is only required if you would like to receive messages or notifications from the APP or other Users.
